ORDER AND SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

CAD, NZ ,AUS ,US orders can take anywhere from 3-15 business days after shipment. we ship via e-packet. you can track your shipment via 17track.net

Please note that international shipping time might take from 20-40 days depending on the country.

 I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?


We ship from both of our warehouses, so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at tixanawear@gmail.com with your name and order number

 

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Please email as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. You can also select the 'track order' option  and enter your order number and email address

My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.

I'm missing an item listed on my packing slip.

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable

Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you.

Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
